While on a 16-day, 3600-mile ride with my wife on our 2012 Honda Gold Wing, a failed lighting accessory took out a major fuse that caused all dash and GPS location/routing functions to cease, leaving us with only headlights, turn signals, and brake lights. I called Lexington Motorsports and not only did they take us in immediately to isolate the accessory and cap the wires so the fuse could safely be replaced, but we were shocked that the work was done by Dennis for no charge! What a great experience in resolving trouble on the road!

Julia and Evan were awesome. They made our experience easy and fun. I asked a lot of questions about several UTVs and in the end, Julia found me a Honda 700 that everyone else said I couldn't get for six months to a year. We showed up on Friday, 30 minutes before closing. Julia and Evan made us feel important and not rushed. I will recommend them to anyone interested in buying a UTV.

After doing my research I knew which unit I wanted so I reached out to LMS online to get availability/pricing. I was contacted very quickly by Jessica and she was awesome! So I started looking for a bike about a month ago. I came across a facebook ad that KP posted of a 2018 zx6-r krt edition. It was priced the same as some none krt editions. So I messaged KP and was very prompt to answer any questions I have and we negotiated price and came to a great deal. I wasnt ready to pull the trigger just yet and he respected that and did follow up with me over a week or two. He wasnt pushy which I respected that is one reason I decided to make a 3 hour drive to purchase from KP. Arriving to the dealership I was impressed with the huge store,the cleanliness,the sales people where friendley, everyone I walked by smiled or said hi, I was introduced to service and parts. The time I was there wasnt wasted. When I was waiting for finance I was introduced to parts and picked out a helmet and I was walked back to service to talk about maintence schedule and everthying I needed to know about my new bike. When I got back to finance the gentlemen was very friendley and didn't push his service product on me to hard and gave me plenty of time to think about extended service contracts. While traveling through Lexington, I needed an oil and filter change thinking that I might be beyond the 7500-mile service on my 1199S upon my return in VA. I contacted the service desk at 9 AM on a Monday and they were able to fit me into their schedule that very morning. I was back on the road by Noon and on my to Bowling Green. i want to thank the service department for outstanding customer care and work on my motorcycle.when parts dept.lost my order the service dept.took care of it and got my motorcycle in and fixed in a couple of hours.they even helped me unload my bike when i got there and reload it when it was finished.the best service dept.i have ever used.i just wish a salesman would have talked to me while i was there,because i was interested in buying another bike but nobody talked to me.i guess they were too busy.

I drove 3 hours to Lexington Motorsports from southern Indiana to buy a new dirt bike for my son. I did this because Lexington Motorsports had the best deal for the bike in a 250 mile radius from my home. I knew exactly what I wanted and worked out the financial details over the phone before visiting the dealership. The sales and finance people discussed various options with me over the course of a few days and I never felt pressured to make any rash decisions. Once at the dealership, the deal for the bike was exactly as we discussed with no surprises. I found everyone to be nice and courteous. My only negative was that they were very busy and could have used more employees to deal with all the customers. I did not buy any parts or need service during this visit.

To put things in perspective, I visited about four other dealerships around in Kentucky and Tennessee in search of the 2014 Can Am Spyder S. I was literally surprised at the service and professionalism I experienced at your shop. Catina offered a very competitive price compared to the other places, Brittany offered guidance through the process of learning about the Can Am and the buying process with a smile and confidence. Sarah offered a financing plan unequalled anywhere previously visited. And James was just simply a genius with the systems and specs of the Spyder S. I was able to talk and ask questions without being redirected or manipulated by anyone. I was not under any pressure during the whole process to buy, buy, buy like other places, and can't really explain this more except that it gave me the degree of freedom I needed to make an informed decision. I purchased a Ducati Monster 1100 EVO from this dealer nearly a year ago now. I was very satisfied with the way that my wife and i were treated here, the salespersons were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about these folks. The mechanic took more than 30 minutes of his time (near closig time even) to answer all of my questions. The only thing i have been dissatisfied with was the price they quoted to me for a tire. Although it was retail price, i feel that they could do much better than that for a customer that has purchased a new motorcycle from them. Maybe its the area, but i called my local kawasaki dealer and they priced the same tire for $55 cheaper and i ended up buying the tire online for $75 cheaper and installing myself. Don't let this deter you from making a purchase here, just know what your parts cost before you buy them and don't pay too much.

We drove 5 hours one way from Ohio too pick up our new KTM from Lexington motorsports.The staff there was very helpful and seemed generally interested in giving us a great buying experience. Coming from Dallas, Tx, I wanted to make sure everything was right before I made the trip. They did not disappoint me. What started the inquiry was a deal I had a very hard time refusing. Obviously, I didn't refuse as the deal was excellent. The customer service was excellent. Everything we talked about, via phone and e-mails, was satisfied when I got there. The only extra not discussed before hand were the 'extras'. But even that was painless and absolutely no pressure. Thank you Mike Collins and Mike Posun. James from service did an excellent job of going over the bike, even if I didn't remember it all. They went beyond themselves by ensuring I was loaded correctly and ready for my return to Dallas. Would I buy from them again, absolutely. Price is a good reason to return. But if you don't have good service to back it up, return business is iffy. They have great pricing and great service.

While passing through Lexington on a motorcycle trip last week I had a handlebar riser loosen. Did a web search and found Lexington Motorsports. Our 2011 Spyder developed problems on our vacation over 500 miles from home. James Bulecza, Service Manager and his team diagnosed the problem a bad throttle body, of which there were none in the system in country. James helped us secure a rental car and kept us up to date on the progress. He was able to have a part overnighted from the factory and had our ride ready Friday afternoon. He even called to check on our progress the next day on our way home. The service team is second to none and we appreciate the service and support we received which saved our vacation.

I had been referred to Jillette Keach at Lexington Motorsports by several motorcycle riders when I mentioned I wanted to upgrade my motorcycle. Jillette did not pressure the sale, but provided information about the motorcycle I had in mind. Taylor, Jay, Wes, Casey, Hunter...the list goes on...were all absolute aces in helping me get on a machine for the first time in more than 35 years. The best way to judge a company is how they react when things go awry.
